Reggie Van Stockum at the Potts Creek Rock Shelter Archaeological Site in Crawford County, Indiana, near St. Croix, on February, 20, 2024. The Site was visited by Native Americans for at least 10, 000 years based on a Paleo Indian Clovis Projectile Point and other artifacts found at the site. Clovis points worked from Wyandotte Chert have also been found at the Magnet site along the Ohio River, south of this place. This is a protected site in the Hoosier National Forest.
