It was the 35 anniversary of this stellar art and sculpture conference in Louisville, Kentucky. A different sort of venue to set up and sell my Science, History, and Culture Books and Fiction Science Novels. But I do sell there and, more importantly, I forge many excellent connections with artists I admire and come to work with.

I had Cheryl with me as my super setup expert!

“Space: 1999” was a British TV show staring Martin Landau and Barbara Bain that ran from 1975 to 1977, the year that the Star Wars Movie came out.

Marta Kristen played Judy in the TV Science Fiction Series, “Lost in Space.” The show is celebrating a 60th anniversary this year! (1965-1968). See my short interview with her in the video below.

Marta signed a publicity photo to my grandchildren from the February 1968 episode entitled “The Great Vegetable Revolution!”
This a picture of Sculptor Chad Cross of New Harmony, Indiana, looking at the model of my literary character, “Cosmos, the Stellar Stalker,” crafted by Ashley Logue of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Chad will make a mold of Cosmos and reproduce the statue into full size copies that can be sold along with my “Cosmos, the Stellar Stalker,” book. Some of Chad’s especially fine models of spacecraft surround the Cosmonarian!

Perhaps the most celebrated artist at the show is dinosaur muralist and fantasy artist William Stout. Check him out on the Internet. Huge. Here he is autographing and drawing on a book for my grandson’s birthday!
Below find my 8 min video collage of the show. Just click on the image or the link to my YouTube Channel (Reggie Van Stockum):
