Pomeroyton is an old crossroads community lying high up on the Cumberland Plateau in the headwaters of Gladie Creek, just before it flows down into the famed Red River Gorge of Kentucky. There at the “Old Store,” Kelly Loveless was joined by Marty Rosen and Reggie Van Stockum for the first of the Pomeroyton Sessions. The Pomeroyton Blues was part of that event.
